Why We Shout In Anger (A Nice Story)

Why We Shout In Anger
                                                                         (Nice Story)

A Hindu saint who was visiting river Ganges to take bath found a group of family members on the banks, shouting in anger at each other. He turned to his disciples smiled and asked.

'Why do people shout in anger shout at each other?'
Disciples thought for a while, one of them said, 'Because we lose our calm, we shout.'

'But, why should you shout when the other person is just next to you? You can as well tell him what you have to say in a soft manner.' asked the saint

Disciples gave some other answers but none satisfied the other disciples.

             Finally the saint explained, .

"'When two people are angry at each other, their hearts distance a lot. To cover that distance they must shout to be able to hear each other. The angrier they are, the stronger they will have to shout to hear each other to cover that great distance."

What happens when two people fall in love? They don't shout at each other but talk softly, Because their hearts are very close. The distance between them is either nonexistent or very small...'

The saint continued, 'When they love each other even more, what happens? They do not speak, only whisper and they get even closer to each other in their love. Finally they even need not whisper, they only look at each other and that's all. That is how close two people are when they love each other.'

He looked at his disciples and said.

"So when you argue do not let your hearts get distant, Do not say words that distance each other more, Or else there will come a day when the distance is so great that you will not find the path to return."

"It does not matter how many times you fall. What matters is how many times you will stand up, shake it off, and keep moving forward"

You cannot paint the world green

YOU CANNOT PAINT THE WORLD GREEN

(A NICE SOTRY)

A millionaire who was bothered by severe eye pain consulted so many physicians and was getting his treatment done. He consumed heavy loads of drugs and underwent hundreds of injections. But the ache persisted with great vigor. At last a monk who was supposed to be an expert in treating such patients was called by the millionaire.

The monk understood his problem and said that for some time he should concentrate only on green colors and not to fall his eyes on any other colors. The millionaire got a group of painters and purchased barrels of green color and directed that every object his eye was likely to fall to be painted in green color.

After one month, When the monk came to visit him, the millionaire's servants ran with buckets of green paints and poured on him since he was in red dress, lest their master not sees any other color and his eye ache would comeback.

The monk laughed and said "if only you had purchased a pair of green spectacles, worth just a few rupees, you could have saved these walls, trees, pots and all other articles and also could have saved a large share of his fortune. You cannot paint the world green".

The One you Feed (Story told by a Old man)

The one you Feed

(Story today by a old man)

One evening, an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people.

He said, "My son, the battle is between two 'wolves' inside us all. One is Evil - It is anger, envy, jealousy, greed, and arrogance. The other is Good - It is peace, love, hope, humility, compassion, and faith."

The grandson thought about this for a while and then asked his grandfather, "Which wolf wins?"

To which the old Cherokee simply replied, "The one you feed"

"Resolve to be tender with young, compassionate with aged, sympathetic with with striving and tolerant with weak and wrong. Because sometime in our lives we would have been all of these ourselves.

I have nothing Left

I HAVE NOTHING LEFT

(A Nice story told by Normal Vincent Peale)

A man once telephoned Norman Vincent Peale. He was despondent and told the reverend that he had nothing left to live for. Norman Vincent Peale invited the man over to his office. "Everything is gone, hopeless," the man told him. "I'm living in deepest darkness. In fact, I've lost heart for living altogether."

Norman Vincent Peale smiled sympathetically.

"Let's take a look at your situation," he said calmly. On a sheet of paper he drew a vertical line down the middle. He suggested that they list on the left side the things the man had lost, and on the right, the things he had left. "You won't need that column on the right side," said the man sadly. "I have nothing left, period."

Norman Vincent Peale asked, "When did your wife leave you?"

"What do you mean? She hasn't left me. My wife loves me!"

"That's great!" said Norman Vincent Peale enthusiastically. "Then that will be number one in the right-hand column - Wife hasn't left. Now, when were your children jailed?"

"That's silly. My children aren't in jail!"

"Good! That's number two in the right-hand column - Children not in jail," said Norman Vincent Peale, jotting it down.

After a few more questions in the same vein, the man finally got the point and smiled in spite of himself. "Funny, how things change when you think of them that way," he said.

"Be sure that you appreciate everything you've got; and be thankful for the little things in life that mean a lot."

Humanity is the Best Deed

Humanity at its best

A doctor entered the hospital in hurry after being called in for an urgent surgery. He answered the call asap, changed his clothes went directly to the surgery block. He found the boy's tensed father standing in the hall waiting for the doctor.

On seeing him, the dad yelled: "Why did U take all this time to come? Don't U know that my son's life is in danger? Don't U have any sense of responsibility?"

The doctor smiled said: "I am sorry, I wasn't in the hospital I came as fast as I could after receiving the call... And now, I wish you'd calm down so that I can do my work."

"Calm down?! What if your son was in this room right now, would U calm down? If your own son dies now what will U do?", said the father angrily.

The doctor smiled again replied: "I will say what Job said in the Holy Book "From dust we came to dust we return, blessed be the name of God. Doctors cannot prolong lives. Go intercede for your son, we will do our best by God's grace."

"Giving advises when we're not concerned is so easy", murmured the father.

The surgery took some hours after which the doctor went out happy and said, "Thank goodness!, your son is saved!

"And without waiting for the father's reply he carried on his way running and saying, "If U have any question, ask the nurse!!"

"Why is he so arrogant? He couldn't wait some minutes so that I ask about my son's state" Commented the father when seeing the nurse minutes after the doctor left.

The nurse answered, tears coming down her face: "His son died yesterday in a road accident, he was in the burial when we called him for your son's surgery. And now that he saved your son's life, he left running to finish his son's burial."

Wise man's message ( A good one)

Wise man's message ( A good one)

A wise man cracked a joke. All laughed like crazy. After a moment he cracked the same joke again and a little less people laughed this time.He cracked the same joke again and again. When there was no laughter in the crowd,

He smiled and said " When you can’t laugh on the same joke again & again,...then why do you keep crying over the same thing over and over again?”

Care the one who cared us (Heart touching story)

CARE THE ONE WHO CARED US

(Heart touching story)

An 80 years oldman was sitting on a sofa in his house along with his 45 years old highly educated son.

Suddenly a crow perched on thier window.

The Father asked his son " What is this?"

The son replied "It is a Crow"

After a few mintues the father asked his son for 2nd time "What is this"?

The son said Father "I have just told you it is a crow"

After a little while the father asked the same question for 3rd time "What is this"?

At this time the expression of iritation felt in the son's tone when he said to this father with a rebuff. It is a crow, crow.

A little while after the father asked the same questuib for 4th time "What is this"?

This time the son shouter at his father. "Why do you keep asking me the same question again and again although I have told you so many times. IT IS A CROW. Are you not able to understand this?

A little later the father went to his room and came back with an old tattered dairy, which he had maintained since his son was born. On opening a page he asked him son to read it, the following words were written in the dairy.

Today my little son aged 3 was sitting with me on a sofa, when a crow sitting on the wndows, my little son asked me 23 times what it was. I replied to him all 23 times it was a crow. I hugged him lovlingly each time he asked me the question again and again for 23 times. I did not at all feel iritated. Rather I felt affection for my innocent child.

While the little child asked him 23 times what it this, the father felt no iritation in replying to the same question again and again for 23 times and when father asked his son the sam question just 4 times, the son iritated and felt annoyed.

SO ... If you parents attain old age, don't repulse them and don't look at them as burden, but speak to them a gracious word, be cool, obidient, humble and be kind to them. Be considerate to your parents. From today say this aloud I want to see my parents to be happy forever. They cared for me a lot since I was a little child. They have always showered their selfless love on me. they crossed all the mountains and valleys without seeing and storm and heat to make me a person presentable in the society today.

Say a prayer to god. Iwill serve my old parents in the best way. I will say all good and kind words to my dear parents. No matter how they behave.
