Wonders of the world
A teacher was encouraging her students to identify the seven wornders of the world. Watching a girl unable to pen them, she gave some clues to the girl.
Hinting about the great wall of china she said "Think of a wall that stood courageously against the hail storms and hurricanes" and continued describing panama canal "Irrespective of seasons it flow without stop against all odds".
The girl thought for a while and wrote. The teacher said. "Another wonder is a tower that slightly bent, but never accepts defeat. It leans but never falls". And then she gave about Taj Mahal. "People say it glitters in moon light. But if you have insight, you can see its glitter with your heart." The girl wrote. About Pyramids she pointed out "it is a monument, a symbol of concentration, science and hard work that time could never destory".
The teacher has been beckoned the girl to check what she wrote. The shy kid was hesitant, walked slowly abd showed the teacher her answers " Mahatma Gandhi .... Martin Luther King .... Mother Theresa ... Helen keller ... Albert Einstein"
Preflexed first, the teacher recovered to announce those names to other students. After a brief silence, the class room vibrated with claps and applauds !!!!
"Fear knocked the door. Courage opened it. Nobody was outside"

An Indian Negotiating with God
I said: Yes, let them be a Spring Day, Summer Day, Autumn Day, and Winter Day.
GOD said: 3 days...
I said: Yes, Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow.
GOD said: No, 2 days!
I said: Yes, a Bright Day (Daytime) and Dark Day (Night-time).
GOD said: No, just 1 day!
I said: Yes!
GOD asked: Which day?
I said: Every Day in the living years of all my friends!
GOD laughed, and said: You INDIANS know how to negotiate. But since you are praying and asking happiness for your friends, I can't refuse. I love everyone who thinks of others first, so don't you worry.

Attuide makes the difference
Attuide makes the difference
During a momentous battle, a Japanese general decided to attack even though his army was greatly outnumbered. He was confident they would win, but his men were filled with doubt. On the way to the battle, they stopped at a religious shrine. After praying with the men, the general took out a coin and said, "I shall now toss this coin. If it is heads, we shall win. If tails, we shall lose. Destiny will now reveal itself."
He threw the coin into the air and all watched intently as it landed. It was heads. The soldiers were so overjoyed and filled with confidence that they vigorously attacked the enemy and were victorious.
After the battle, a lieutenant remarked to the general, "No one can change destiny."
"Quite right," the general replied as he showed the lieutenant the coin, which had heads on both sides.

Letter from Grand Pa
Dear Ronny,
Years ago you came to me for help. You said, “Grandpa, how is it that you’ve accomplished so much in your life? You’re still full of energy, and I’m already tired of struggling. How can I get that same enthusiasm that you’ve got?”
I didn’t know what to say to you then. But knowing my days are numbered, I figure that I owe you an answer. So here is what I believe.
I think a lot of it has to do with how a person looks at things. I call it ‘keeping your eyes wide open.’
2.When you meet up with challenges, welcome them. They’ll leave you wiser, stronger, and more capable than you were the day before. When you make a mistake, be grateful for the things it taught you. Resolve to use that lesson to help you reach your goals.
3.And always follow the rules. Even the little ones. When you follow the rules, life works. If you think you ever really get by with breaking the rules, you’re only fooling yourself.
4.It’s also important to decide exactly what you want. Then keep your mind focused on it, and be prepared to receive it.
5.But be ready to end up in some new places too. As you grow with the years, you’ll be given bigger shoes to fill. So be ready for endings as well as challenging beginnings.
6.Sometimes we have to be brave enough to move from the familiar to the unfamiliar. Life isn’t just reaching peaks. Part of it is moving from one peak to the next. If you rest too long in between, you might be tempted to quit. Leave the past in the past. Climb the next mountain and enjoy the view.
7.Dump things that weigh you down emotionally and spiritually. When an old resentment, belief, or attitude becomes heavy, lighten your load. Shed those hurtful attitudes that slow you down and drain your energy.
8.Remember that your choices will create your successes and your failures. So consider all the pathways ahead, and decide which ones to follow. Then believe in yourself, get up, and get going.
9.And be sure to take breaks once in a while. They’ll give you a renewed commitment to your dreams and a cheerful, healthy perception of the things that matter the most to you.
10.Most important of all, never give up on yourself. The person that ends up a winner is the one who resolves to win. Give life everything you’ve got, and life will give its best back to you.
Love always,Grandpa

Little boy and Grand Ma .. Life Lessons
"Would you like some flour then? Or maybe baking soda?"
To which the Grandma replied: "Yes, Sweetheart, those things seem bad all by themselves. But, when they are put together in the right way, they make a wonderfully delicious cake! God works the same way. Many times we wonder why he would let us go through such bad and difficult times, but, God knows that, when He puts these things all in His order, they always work for good!
